View your Winamp. Set them as below. It should be server9….com. Do not put the User ID and Password together. Put each in the box as below.
Source password, which is what you use to broadcast is the same as Userid:wwwgospe not wwwgospel just wwwgospe. Remember you have to have AutoDJ disabled when broadcasting live or at least try that for now. I disabled it on the AutoDJ tab a few minutes ago, so it says 'Permitted but disabled'. You will have to play around with Winamp for it to work. Use the info in the E-mail I sent about the 'Connection, Yellow Pages, and Encoder tabs. Click 'Connect to make it start to connect and broadcast. You also might have to click the box 'Use SHOUTcast v1 mode' then click it off again to make changes to the info in the boxes.
Try this to broadcast with Winamp.
Start Winamp up.
Click Preferences/DSP Effects
Click NullsoftSHOUTCast Source DSP v2.2.3
Click Output tab
Click on Output 1 if not selected
Click 'Auto Connect' on for use later
Connect tab:
Address - Put in 'server9.....info
Port - Your port
User ID - Your Username:password (together with the colon) or maybe without them in the same box. wwwgospe for both.
Do not put anything in the Password box
Click 'Use SHOUTcast v1' on
Encoder tab:
Encoder Type - MP3
Then click Connect tab again and try to connect or Auto Connect to get broadcast.
Yellow Pages tab:
Make server public on then your station name and website
This should get you broadcasting. All broadcasting will be seen on the 'Output' tab.
